- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Sales Process Improvement: Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Analyze competitor activities.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure sales activities adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and products.
