Instructional Designer/ Content Developer

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will be a part of an interdisciplinary team of Instructional Designers, Courseware Developers, Editors, Creative Writers, and Media Specialists. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you will:

• Write and copy edit content to create learning materials with industry-leading professional standards.
• Research, chunk, and structure content into effective learning materials.
• Analyze, tailor, and/or revise instructional materials to meet given requirements.
• Enhance content by visualizing and recommending appropriate graphics or media (audio/video) elements.
• Work with common content and media development tools, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Captivate.
• Test deliverables based on given criteria.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver in accordance with project priorities and schedule.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Post-Graduation, preferably in English, Mass Communication, Journalism
• Strong command over the English language
• Ability to visualize and communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Ability to clearly organize information
• Editing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using collaborative tools, such as Webex, Mural, Trello
• Exposure to Adult Learning theories
