Instructional Designer (EdTech)
Job Summary: The Instructional Designer (EdTech) will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for digital and blended educational programs. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design within an EdTech or e-learning environment.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and instructional technologies.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum development, and visual design principles.
- Course Design: Develop instructional materials, including storyboards, learning modules, and assessments, tailored for online and blended learning environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to convert complex concepts into easy-to-understand, interactive learning content.
- Content Production: Coordinate with graphic designers and media editors to ensure instructional content is engaging, visually appealing, and meets learning objectives.
- Technology Integration: Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to create immersive, learner-centered experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Revise and update instructional materials based on learner feedback and technological advancements to ensure content remains current and effective.
