 Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.

 Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.

 Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

 Following up on leads generated by the company.

 Preparing presentations for potential customers.

 Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.

 Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

 Meeting and engaging with customers in the field, identifying and responding to customer needs

 Communicating clearly and accurately on technical product information

 Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and making recommendations as appropriate

 Monitoring customer satisfaction and providing customer feedback and data to heads of departments as necessary

 Carrying out customer visits on a daily and weekly basis

 Collecting and analyzing customer data and providing regular reports to the company

 Tracking, monitoring, and maintaining customer accounts, customer records, and customer activities

 Working alongside and providing support to distributors and sales representatives

 Assisting in training and educating sales representatives and distributors on technical product information

 Answering inquiries and troubleshooting queries in the field
