We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, love connecting with the right audience, and excel in crafting winning proposals, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential customers in target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach.
  • Strategically engage and connect with potential prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Create personalized outreach messages to drive meaningful conversations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales Outreach
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to initiate conversations with prospects. o Understand customer needs and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to drive engagement.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities. o Address initial queries to qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Market Insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies.
  • Proposal Creation:
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Craft engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
  • Inbound Sales & Calling:
  • Handle inbound leads effectively, converting them into clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to build relationships and secure meetings.
  • Adapt to Flexible Work Timing:
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet client requirements and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, account manager, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and data mining tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Sales ql
  • Experience in crafting proposals and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis.
  • Confidence in calling and engaging with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset.
