Job Summary:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales/BDE Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting product solutions, and driving revenue growth across industry verticals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Pitch company products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our IT product portfolio, including features, benefits, and target markets.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage post-sale support with internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales data and reports through CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.


Requirements:


  • Master degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools for sales (e.g., ChatGPT for outreach, predictive analytics).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or events, if required.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
