• s:Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and referral
• s.Screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements (technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• ).Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiatio
• n.Maintain and update candidate database in ATS (Applicant Tracking System
• ).Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring processe
• s.Stay updated on US immigration laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance requirement
• s.Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet hiring goal

s.Required Skills & Qualification

• s:Experience: 1–3+ years in US IT recruitment or staffin
• g.Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.
• ).Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal database
• s.Strong communication and negotiation skill
