Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Information Technology Manager to join our team at Manone India (P) Ltd. This full-time role will be based in Bareilly, Lucknow, Gonda, Mathura, or Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT management, project leadership, and strategic planning to enhance our IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications And Skills

• Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities with the ability to manage and mentor IT teams effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strategic planning skills to align IT infrastructure and services with the company's business goals (Mandatory skill).
• Strong budget management capabilities to optimize IT spending and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Proficient in vendor management to maintain relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party service providers.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and databases.
• Proficiency in risk management to identify and mitigate potential threats to IT systems and data.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT department to ensure efficient functioning and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and strategies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure and services.
• Supervise and mentor IT team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and data security.
• Manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and technological advancements.
