Information Technology Administrator

Kaabil Finance is RBI registered NBFC. We are profitable and high growth company. We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems while providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

- Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.

- Monitor system performance and optimize resources as needed.

- Document IT processes and maintain inventory of hardware and software.

- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security practices.

- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
