Job role:

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Martecko, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients’ goals. You will work closely with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with target audiences, boosts brand awareness, and drives measurable results. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with clients’ brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identifying influencers to contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry partners.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing ROI.
  • Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and impactful.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign success using data and insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and trends.
