Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance as well as a solid understanding of using Fakes, Stubs, and Mocks for test automation. This role involves working closely with the development and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Visual Studio.

· Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

· Work with Microsoft Fakes, Stubs, and Mocks to simulate dependencies in tests.

· Log, track, and verify defects using tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

· Good understanding of object-oriented programming and testing principles (TDD/BDD).

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver

· Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related components

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

· Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify both Positive and negative test scenarios suitable for automation.

· Execute automated test cases and analyze results to report defects.

· Maintain and update automation frameworks as required.

· Perform regression testing using automated scripts for every release cycle.

· Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

· Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and effectively.

· Troubleshoot issues in automation scripts and work with developers for quick resolution.

· Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes and automation strategies.

· Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization/configuration
