Responsibilities
Job Description & Summary – Sr Associate
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems – knowledge of banking domain is must.
- Good knowledge of technical architecture and functionality of Banking applications.
- Should be part of Transformation program for any Bank in India in business functions like Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Analytics etc
- Strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development
- Would need to Interact with the client/end user for business requirement gathering.
- Create thought leadership based on current Banking Trends and come up with propositions
- Gathering, analyzing, documenting and translating business requirements into functional specifications that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives
- Help technical teams to create optimal use cases and database design
- Responsible for understanding the business needs, Requirement Analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience around the Banking & Finance Domain
- Experience in (or good knowledge of) overall Sales process (across all sales stages)
- Assist in pre-sales activities. Eg. Proposal Documentation, Business Presentations, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, RDBMS, and should be able to write basic SQL queries.
- Well versed with SDLC for large programs
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong team building capabilities
- Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Thinking ability to add more value to the existing processes
- Ability to consistently meet established deadlines
