Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, account management, and building relationships with clients. This is an onsite role, meaning the work will be primarily located in Nashik.
Requirements
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Excellent Business communication skills (Oral and Written both)
Nurturing relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and remotely, traveling to meet clients and attend Industry events
Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to students and potential clients
Sound knowledge of Excel, Emails and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus.
Monitor key Performance Indicators related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales goals.
Seminar and events to be created and presentation to be given.
Daily reports and tasks to be completed within deadline.
Ready to work Target
Initiative to be taken to increase company revenue.
Can work for Extra overtime if require
Salary Package - Up to 4 Lacs per annum + Incentive*
