DevOps Integration Specialist - Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with up to 14 years of experience in DevOps practices and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead teams in implementing DevOps solutions that enhance software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps practices and integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand their requirements and develop tailored DevOps strategies.
• Lead and mentor DevOps teams, providing guidance and support in the deployment of automation and integration solutions.
• Stay informed about trends in DevOps technologies and practices to drive service improvements and strategic decisions.
• Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Up to 14 years of experience in DevOps practices and integration, with a focus on CI/CD and automation.
• Proven experience in implementing DevOps solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective DevOps strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in DevOps practices are highly desirable.

• Proficiency in automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to DevOps.
