Human Resources Trainee

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating orientations, and managing employee records. Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms. Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve workplace culture. Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures. Provide support in handling employee grievances and escalating them to senior HR as needed.
