We are looking for a highly motivated HR Associate to join our team on a remote basis in the USA. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring HR compliance, managing benefit administration, handling insurance matters, overseeing HR operations, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment activities to support our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Compliance: Stay updated with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
  2. Benefit Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Coordinate enrollment, changes, and communication related to benefits.
  3. Insurance: Handle employee insurance plans, such as health, life, and disability insurance. Assist in claims processing and resolving insurance-related queries.
  4. HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining HRIS systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
  5. Record Keeping: Create and maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Recruitment: Assist in recruitment activities, such as job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating the hiring process.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Associate or similar role, preferably in a remote work setup.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, benefit administration, insurance processes, and HR operations.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  6. Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.

Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
