What makes the role meaty?

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS (Darwinbox), including system configurations, updates, and workflow customizations.
• Support the implementation of new modules, functionalities, or process enhancements within the HRIS platform.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand system needs and recommend automation or improvements.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
• Provide support in HR operations activities such as onboarding, documentation, and data audits.
• Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data sharing for payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and liaise with the tech support/vendor teams when needed.
• Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and support payroll processes.

We hope that you have

• 2–5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms (Darwinbox experience preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workflow creation, modification, and system optimization.
• Understanding of core HR operations processes; prior exposure to payroll is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
