Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR processes, systems, and service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HR data accuracy, and driving process improvements across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is both process-oriented and people-focused, with strong experience managing HR systems, compliance, and employee support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all core HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Manage and optimize HR systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of employment changes.
• Partner with payroll, finance, legal, and IT to ensure cross-functional alignment on HR operations.
• Drive the successful implementation of new HR systems, tools, and policies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
