Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with managers and employees to create a collaborative work environment.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey from talent acquisition to separation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Guide and support managers through all employee relations processes, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- HR Initiatives: Drive HR-led initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs with corporate L&D to boost employee skills and career growth.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company standards.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs aligned with corporate C&B.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management and corporate HQ, driving informed decision-making.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
