Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.

● Drive talent acquisition to attract top professionals and ensure a smooth hiring process.

● Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve employee concerns effectively. ● Partner with management to develop strategies for talent retention and career development.

● Collaborate with the Business Development team to align HR strategies with company growth goals.

● Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with legal standards.

● Conduct performance evaluations, training, and skill development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proven experience in Human Resource Management (4+ years preferred).

● Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.

● Business Development skills or experience in supporting organizational growth is an added advantage.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
