Job Summary:


The HR Manager will be performing various administrative tasks related to employee records, recruitment, and employee relations. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and employee training programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Help resolve conflicts and provide counseling and support to employees.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Manage payroll and personnel transactions like leaves, promotions, and transfers.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems.
  • Support the performance review process by collecting and analysing employee data, preparing reports, and tracking progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can Work from In-Office (Okhla Phase 3 - New Delhi)
