Job Overview

The Human Resources Intern position at Royal Kingdom Resort is a full-time role ideal for freshers. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills as well as the drive to support HR operations within this reputable hospitality company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong proficiency in recruitment processes and techniques. Prior experience will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Ability to manage and improve employee relations initiatives for maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Understanding of HR Policies to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Competency in data analysis to support data-driven HR decision-making and strategy development.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with employees across levels.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail to accurately manage employee data and documentation processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding activities to facilitate the onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support to all employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation procedures.
  • Engage in data entry and analysis to ensure accurate records and derive actionable insights for HR managers.
  • Provide administrative support such as generating reports, maintaining schedules, and organizing HR events.
  • Handle communication with external partners and suppliers when required for HR-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all HR activities.
