Internship Details Duration: 3-6 months Stipend: Stipend: Target Based Work Location: Remote / On SIte Perks: Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. As an HR intern at Urban Estate India, you will handle key HR responsibilities, including but not limited to: Assisting in HR management tasks Developing and updating HR policies Supporting employee benefits administration Managing personnel records Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications Background in Human Resources or Personnel Management (experience preferred) Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently in a remote setting Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Kickstart your career in Human Resources by joining Urban Estate India.
