Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating our applicant tracking system
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employee handbooks and orientation materials
• Help organize training & development initiatives
• Participate in crafting internal policies and HR strategies
• Research HR trends and contribute ideas for improving employee engagement and satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to HR executives
• Engage in employee relations and retention activities
