Human Resources (HR) Specialist in Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for a human resource executive who will primarily focus on talent acquisition while also contributing to various HR operational functions. This role involves spearheading recruitment efforts, managing candidate experiences, and supporting HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

I. Talent acquisition:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the company.
• Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain candidate databases and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  
  

II. HR Operations

• Assist in maintaining HR databases by inputting new employee information and managing records.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and conducting new hire orientations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and related matters.
• Participate in HR projects, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
