Key Responsibilities: HR Manager – Jain Software Foundation
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Build talent pipelines through campus programs, job fairs, and professional networks
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
Culture, Engagement & Performance Management
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Jain Software’s vision
Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and feedback systems
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide strategic support for employee growth
