  • Execute flawless day 1 experience, prepare detailed induction plans, and track its implementation.
  • Collaborate and execute the implementation of employee surveys, pulse checks, etc.
  • Track progress and publish various HR dashboards
  • Partner with the HRBP to drive culture, orientation, engagement, and recognition.
