We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team in Jaipur. This 3-month paid internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Internship Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team in Jaipur. This 3-month paid internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source and screen candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support HR team in daily hiring operations.
- Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Must be based in Jaipur.
- Duration: 3 months
- Mode: Hybrid (mix of office and work-from-home as per requirement)
- Location: Jaipur (On-site presence required)
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Work days: 6 days a week
- Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Paid Internship)
