Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding, induction programs, and HR documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in Google Sheets
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Conduct feedback surveys and compile reports
• Maintain and organize performance-related records
• Collaborate with the HR team on daily operations and tasks
