We offer the expertly crafted mayhem needed to take the client brand's online presence to the next level.
Skills required: (But are not limited to): The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature with a deep commitment to addressing the design requirements.
S/He Should Have
> Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures, and practices for all designated employees.
> Implement the performance management process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an ongoing basis and conducting performance reviews.
> Handling complete cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
> Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition.
> Work on performance management.
> Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirements.
> Building New networks, maintaining client relationships, and Preparing a database to initiate new contacts is a plus.
> Manage the expenses of employees.
> Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
> Ability to find the lead/connection in the market as per the team's requirement.
