Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist HRBPs with day-to-day operational tasks and strategic HR initiatives.
• Support in the execution of employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Help with data analysis and reporting related to workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, performance).
• Participate in performance management processes and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and follow-ups with business units.
• Support change management and organizational development projects.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy review.
