Human Resources (HR) Internship in Raipur

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with necessary information such as personal details, attendance, and leave management.
• Supporting the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
• Addressing employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring effective communication.
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement and monitor performance management systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
