Human Resources (HR) Internship in Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Ensure excellent reports are created promptly as per HR Processes
• Assist in drafting, organizing, and updating HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
• Collaborate with finance and admin for seamless HR operations
• Assist in HR audit preparation and maintain compliance checklists
• Contribute to HR process optimization, automation, and reporting initiatives
• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems and records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, equipment tracking, IT coordination, etc.)
