Human Resources (HR) Internship in Faridabad, Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source and screen candidates via job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings through calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track open positions and update hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and event planning.
