Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in developing and implementing HR branding strategies to attract top talent
• Utilizing HRIS to maintain employee records and streamline HR processes
• Analyzing HR data using HR Analytics tools to provide valuable insights for decision-making
• Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with team members and candidates
• Utilizing MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word to create reports, presentations, and documents
• Supporting recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to contribute to a positive work environment
