Human Resources (HR) Internship in Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi

As an HR intern you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for a candidate who excels in effective communication, possesses strong English proficiency (both spoken and written), and is familiar with Canva.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
• Help founder and executive team on HR-related projects, presentations, and strategy development.
• Manage high-level scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up for key stakeholders.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend innovative solutions to the leadership team.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation, policy drafting, and idea brainstorming.
• Create presentations and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools for internal and external use.
• Assist in identifying and integrating the latest digital tools and AI solutions to optimize HR workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI, to enhance HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
