Human Resources (HR) Executive in Indore, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and developing adequate induction and training
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
• Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities, and carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
• Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, misconduct, and any problem resolution
• Maintain/update HR records and employee files under compliance laws, and policies and provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of HR management experience
• Excellent communication and management skills working with all departments and levels of an organization
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Expertise in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and deliver effective HR strategies and programs
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
