Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Write, post, and manage job listings on various platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners
• Keep candidate records organized and updated
• Assist with basic HR operations like attendance tracking and documentation
• Contribute to a positive and engaging office culture
• Work from the Jaipur office in an office-based role
