Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill) with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Performance management (Mandatory skill) experience, including conducting performance appraisals and managing performance improvement plans.
- Experience with HRIS (Mandatory skill), managing employee data efficiently and securely.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, offering support and resolution to employee inquiries and issues.
- Experience in training and development, facilitating employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and compliant salary structures and benefits packages.
- HR compliance with an understanding of labor laws and regulations to maintain legal requirements.
- Effective conflict resolution skills, addressing and resolving workplace disputes and fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct performance appraisals and work with managers on performance improvement plans.
- Maintain and manage HRIS, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate training and development programs to develop employee skills and abilities.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair offerings for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and relevant labor laws.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering morale and teamwork.
