• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Handle employee relations and address any related issues
• Implement and oversee performance management systems
• Design and conduct training and development programs

• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
• Resolve conflicts and disputes within the organization
• Manage and optimize HRIS for efficient data management
