About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team at the Baroda office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment (preferably hiring sales professionals in the pharma or medical device industry), along with expertise in HR operations, policy execution, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
-End-to-end recruitment with a focus on hiring sales professionals (pharma/medical devices).
-Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
KRA & KPA Formulation:
-Designing and implementing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for employees.
-Ensuring alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.
HR Policy & Compliance:
-Executing and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
-Supporting management in policy formulation and effective communication.
Performance & Rewards Management:
-Managing the appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and fair evaluation.
-Designing and implementing incentive structures to motivate performance.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
-Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee life cycle management.
-Driving employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
Compensation:
₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and expertise)
Should have a core degree in HR.
