Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations for Hyvision System’s India office. The role requires strong HR functional knowledge, statutory compliance handling, employee engagement skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment with Korean leadership.

Salary : INR 400000 - 500000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, and HR documents.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS, reports, and payroll input files.
• Support end-to-end payroll coordination and ensure timely submissions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and communication.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support professionally.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and Indian labour laws.
• Maintain statutory documents and assist during audits.
• Coordinate HR updates and requirements with Korean management.
• Support cross-cultural communication and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Mandatory Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing or start-up environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Korean is an advantage).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage responsibilities responsibly.
• High integrity and strong confidentiality management.
