Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling a wide range of human resources duties and will work closely with the management to ensure smooth HR operations. The role requires an experienced professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing recruitment, compliance, and employee-related activities in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or equivalent graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions and labor law compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Handle grievance redressal, employee feedback, and internal communication
- Assist in performance review processes and track performance-related data
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies and internal protocols
- Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Liaise with auditors and consultants for periodic HR audits and compliance checks
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complete HR activities independently
- Good understanding of payroll procedures and statutory compliance
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Professional approach with a people-first mindset
Special Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in:
- Recruitment and onboarding

- HR policy implementation
