Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing and executing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry standards.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Offer guidance and assistance to managers and staff on HR matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communication, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Design and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
• Lead employee engagement efforts to cultivate a positive work environment and boost satisfaction and well-being.
• Coordinate performance evaluations, collaborating with managers to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep abreast of HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.
