Position: HR Executive
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 6 Months - 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate screening and schedule interviews
Manage onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives
Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
Support talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals
Assist in HR policy development and documentation
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Industry Exposure: Familiarity with IT/eCommerce domains is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of technical recruitment and talent retention practices
