HR Associate – Internship-to-Hire
Location: Jabalpur (On-site)

Lexvia, a leading Legal AI KPO, is looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our People & Culture team in Jabalpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Help plan employee engagement activities and wellness events.
- Maintain HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
Skills Required:
- Graduate (any stream – Business, HR, Psychology preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Compensation:
- Internship (6 months): ₹7,000/month
- Post-confirmation: ₹10,000/month
