Position Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and ensuring a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs.

Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.

Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies in all HR activities.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Reporting: Generate reports on key HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Specialist.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
