Human Resource (Recruitment) Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Gather feedback from employees to improve workplace culture.
• Maintain and organize employee records, both physical and digital.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Prepare training materials and gather feedback for improvement.
• Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
