Graduate / Post Graduate(MBA/MPM) with 8 12 years experience in Industrial Relations function.

Grievance handling, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Personnel Welfare, Employee Engagement, Recruitment of Temporary Manpower NEEM, Liaisoning, Maintaining various records Registers under various Labour Laws.

Preparing Head count Expenses Budget. Admin Functions Canteen, Transport, Garden, Housee keeping, Pool Car,Event Management etc
