Summary
Armor is seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of our sales enablement platform. This role plays a critical part in aligning our sales processes with platform capabilities to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform integrity, supporting sales operations, enabling user adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the technology is leveraged to its fullest potential.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of sales technology, data and reporting capabilities, and a passion for enabling high-performing sales teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are driven by operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Platform Management
- Configure and maintain the HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring it aligns with sales processes and goals.
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles within HubSpot.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the HubSpot CRM.
- Set up and maintain custom objects, fields, and workflows within the platform.
- Design and implement automated workflows and sequences to streamline the sales process.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales process using HubSpot tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze sales data within HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Train sales teams on how to effectively use HubSpot tools and features.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot-related issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales questions and requests.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective use of HubSpot.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub and its features.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support other users.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Marketing Software, Service Hub) are a plus.
